For Scissors, Shears, and Clipper Blade sharpening, the turn around time is 24 - 48 hours.
For equipment orders allow 7 - 10 days. For Clipper repair please allow
3 to 5 days.
If you include a completely filled out
work order form with your sharpening order, it will contain
all the information that we will need to successfully complete
your order. If for some reason you are unable to use our form,
all you need is a piece of paper that describes what your order
consists of, how you would like to pay, and where it can be sent
upon completion.
Payment may be made in a variety of ways. PayPal is a safe and
secure option that can be used. Simply indicate on the work order
form that you would like to use PayPal. If you would like to use a
credit card without PayPal you can include the information on the
work order form, or indicate that you would like us to contact you
for the information upon completion. You can also include a check
for the total amount with the work order form.
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards are
accepted.
Return shipping charges are added to all sharpening orders under $40.00. For
sharpening orders over $40.00 return shipping is free. For
orders that do not specify otherwise, return shipping is via
Priority Mail from the U.S. Postal Service. For orders that
specify return shipping via United Parcel Service, the rate is
$8.95

A small Clipper Blade would be used by Barbers, Stylist and
Groomers grooming small animals. A large Clipper Blade is used on
horses and sheep in Clippers such as the Oster Clipmaster.
