Sharpening is done with only the best quality equipment that is available and
the most effective procedures. All items are sharpened, thoroughly cleaned,
sanitized, adjusted. Testing is done in a number of ways to ensure
effectiveness.
Turn around time is 24 to 48 hours from time of arrival at Exact Edge.
Return shipping is through the U.S. Postal Service via Priority Mail at
$6.95 for sharpening orders less than $40.00. Return shipping is free for
orders over $40.00. If you would like shipping via a different carrier
please specify. Charges for that would be cost actual.
Clipper Blade parts that need replacing such as; sockets, tension
springs, screws, and cutter blades are replaced at no charge.
We repair all Oster® and Andis®
Clippers and most Laube® Clippers. The cost is a
flat rate of $19.95 plus the cost of required parts plus $6.95 return shipping.
All Clippers are completely disassembled, cleaned, repaired, and tested.
Only genuine Oster®, Andis®
and Laube® parts are used in the repairs.
Please allow 3 to 5 days for Clipper repairs.
